Tasks that follow your objects
Inn-Task is a task and workflow tool designed around physical assets instead of abstract projects. Every task is anchored to an object or a location: a wine rack, a server, a delivery van, a hotel room. When someone scans the linked QR code or opens the object record, they see the open tasks, the inspection history and the next scheduled action immediately, with no searching. Recurring maintenance, conditional follow-ups and multi-step inspections are built in, and completed work becomes part of the object’s permanent history — useful for audits, insurance claims and resale value. It is the operations layer on top of the Inndentity identity database.
Why link tasks to objects instead of projects?
Most maintenance, inspection and field work is naturally about a thing — a machine, a vehicle, a room. Linking tasks to that object means the work shows up wherever the object does, history is preserved across staff turnover, and reporting is grouped by asset instead of by ticket queue.
